Refund policy

Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item must come back in the same condition it arrived in, with any original insoles and accessories that were included.
Because every listing is a single pre-owned pair, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size, return the pair you have and place a new order.

How to start a return
mail us at info@nordicsvalue.com with your order number and the item code from the listing title. We will reply with the return address and instructions within two working days.
Please do not send anything back before contacting us — parcels returned without notice can take much longer to process.

Who pays for return shipping
If you simply changed your mind or the fit is wrong, return shipping is paid by you.

If the item is faulty or materially different from its description or photographs, we pay the return shipping and refund the original delivery cost as well.

Refunds
Once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to a fault or a description error on our side.

Condition of pre-owned goods
Everything we sell has been used before. Photographs are taken of the actual pair you receive, and normal signs of wear — scuffs, faded colour, minor marks — are part of the item and are not grounds for a fault-based return. If something affects how the boot works, such as a damaged sole, a broken buckle or a failed binding interface, that is a fault and is covered above.

Customers in the European Union
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy above is offered in addition to that right and does not limit it.

Items that cannot be returned
Items marked as sold "as is" for parts or display are final sale and are described as such in the listing.
