Shipping policy

Where we ship from
All orders are packed and dispatched from Lithuania, in the European Union. We ship worldwide, with most of our customers in the United States and Canada.

Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within three working days of payment. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Carrier and delivery times
We ship with FedEx. Typical transit time to the United States and Canada is 5-10 working days after dispatch, and 2–4 working days within Europe. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — customs inspections and weather can add time.
FedEx Express cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please give a street address at checkout.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders over $100. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the weight of the parcel.

Import duties and taxes — we pay them
The price at checkout is the price you pay. We ship on Delivered Duty Paid terms, which means every import duty, tax and carrier handling fee is settled by us before the parcel reaches you. FedEx will not hand you a bill at the door, and there is nothing for you to arrange with customs.

Refused or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is refused at delivery, or is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we refund the value of the goods less the outbound shipping cost and any charges the carrier passes on to us.

Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for seven working days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email info@nordicsvalue.com with your order number and photographs of the packaging. We open a claim with the carrier and either replace the value or refund you in full.
